Seadon’s X100 convertible filter housing is made of polypropylene homopolymer (PPH) material. And FDA certified body is also available. X100 features a thread lid closure for 10 bar (145 psi) pressure rated and 90 °C (194 °F) design temperature. It is an ideal choice for sea water, brackish water, brine and fresh water. It is a direct replacement to FSI X100 filter housing.
Seadon has also developed a switch for continuous filtration. The cover sensing switch is a signal device used to detect whether the upper cover of the filter is tightly covered. It is commonly used for continuous filtration applications. When the upper cover is not tightly covered, it will give a signal to the control system and the feed pump will not start, so as to avoid fluid leakage.
